A real case scenario session with 2 teams at the negotiation table. Each team member has a specific role. Most roles have different interests in the negotiation, because they all have different stakeholders to think of. Therefore, specific people in the team might desire a different outcome from the negotiation result.
The workshop is combined with specific negotiations methods which work, because they are directly linked to how we are wired as human beings and how we are pre-set to act in a specific way even during the most complex negotiations.
